Auto-renew or one-time payment (TWINT)?

Accepted Answer

Auto-renew: pay by card, first month free, renews automatically each year. One-time: pay one year up front by TWINT or card — no free month, and we remind you before it expires.

How do I cancel?

On auto-renew you can cancel anytime in the customer portal; access stays until the paid period ends. A one-time year simply expires — nothing to cancel.

How do cleaners get access?

You invite them with a link. They only see cleaning dates and checklists — never prices, guest names or finances.

Can I sync Airbnb / Booking calendars?

Yes. Import their iCal calendars so their bookings block yours, and share your CheckInShine calendar back as a feed.

Which languages are supported?

Seven: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch — selectable separately for the owner and cleaner views.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Switzerland. Each account has its own subdomain and isolated data; you can request export or deletion at any time.
